Horizon Will Continue to Issue 1095-B Forms for Small Group and Midsize Level Select Plans

Horizon has reversed its decision to discontinue issuing the 1095-B forms for both Small Group (two to 50 employees) and Midsize (51 to 99 employees) Level Select plans. They will resume issuing the 1095-B forms for both the Small Group and the Midsize Level Select plans in 2024 for tax year 2023
