Oscar New Jersey Small Group Update

Oscar has advised that they have made the decision not to renew Small Group Plans in New Jersey as follows: 

Renewals / Existing Business:

• Oscar will not renew NJ Small Group plans after 12/1/2024: 
  • Groups with 12/15/2024 renewals moving forward are not eligible to renew
• The last date for member coverage under Oscar’s New Jersey Small Group plans will be 11/30/2025

New Business:

• Oscar will no longer enroll new NJ Small Groups beginning with 7/1/2024 effective dates of coverage: 
  • The last date for a NJ employer to start a new policy with Oscar will be 6/15/2024
