Emblem 2022 Rate Filings

We want to let you know we’ve submitted our requested rate changes for small group EmblemHealth plans renewing in 2022. The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) must review and approve these rate increases.

If approved, the new rates will become effective on your small groups’ 2022 renewal date. We are providing written notice to groups and their subscribers letting know about the proposed increases.

Below for reference are our group and subscriber prior approval notices:

Groups will receive notice about final rate increases at least 60 days before their renewal date.
