Horizon New Small Employer Broker Portal to Go Live on 11/1

Horizon has advised since they are  working on the migration of 1/1 renewal data this week, they have made a business decision not to open the new portal (for both Fully Insured and Level Funding) until 11/1.  

During this week, they will be migrating data and accounts over & validating that all the data is accurate. Users may receive an email indicating that their account access has been changed. This is just a confirmation that their account has been set-up on the new broker portal. We will send another notification when the new Broker Portal is ready for 1/1 transaction activity.
