ADP TotalSource is offering a Retail Broker Promo. Please find details below.

• For brokers to qualify — groups must have a minimum of 50 worksite employees (WSE) or greater on payroll at the time of the first payroll run
• All referrals must be submitted by the TotalSource contracted agency between 2/1/25 and 5/31/25 for the TotalSource PEO product and must be documented in Salesforce with ADP

Two Qualifier Buckets:

• Client size 50-99 – $7,500 Case Bonus
• Client size 100+ – $15,000 Case Bonus

Promo Criteria:

• Only proactive leads are eligible — influence sales are not eligible
• Referral cannot be in a sales process with ADP for a TotalSource product
• ADPTS DM must be given direct access to the referral prospect(s) at the start of sales process to qualify for promotion
• Payroll must start by 6/19/25 and benefits must start by 8/1/25 for firms to qualify for the one-time promotional payment
• Promotion exclusive to all active contracted TotalSource broker partners nationally
• One prize per parent control — child controls will count towards total WSE value for each unique client
• All sold clients must purchase full PEO product and must include full benefits
• Producers and Firms are eligible to qualify for more than one case bonus
