Emblem Health Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) Survey Due May 15

Emblem Health has advised that to collect the data required for the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) RxDC 2022 reporting due on June 1, 2023 they have emailed these details and this survey link to all fully insured groups. The survey must be completed by May 15.
