HealthPass COVID-19 Premium Extension Letters

New York State has released guidance related to the extension of premium payment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic may request a premium payment extension through June 1, 2020. Requests must be made by the employer and sent to clientservices@healthpassny.com.
 
For your reference, we are sending notification of the premium payment extension to all HealthPass group contacts. You can find the two communications based on payment status here:

• Employer letter for current groups
