Horizon 2024 New Business Broker Incentive Program Extended Through July 31, 2024

Horizon has announced they will be extending their special broker incentive program for all new medical sales with effective dates of June 1, 2024 through July 31, 2024. This special bonus program rewards brokers that sell new fully insured groups in the Midsize (100-499) segment, excluding Public Sector, National and Labor groups

This program includes an additional incentive payment of $75 per enrolled contract
