Horizon $30,000 Large Group Broker Bonus!

Horizon has just advised of a very exciting Large Group (100+) broker bonus as follows: 

• Starting with 8/1 effective dates and throughout the end of the year
• $30,000 broker bonus for new business (100+) cases applicable to the first 10 cases sold in that space

We have also been advised of a correction on the 51-99 broker bonus previously communicated. Below are the details. The end date for this program is through October effective dates, not end of the year as originally stated.

Horizon 51-99 Broker Bonus Program

• Effective 8/1/20 through October effective dates
• Applies to any 51-99 group sold
  • Broker will receive a flat bonus of $1,500 for any group sold (51-99) with up to 24 enrolled
  • Broker will receive a flat bonus of $3,000 for any group sold (51-99) with 25-99 enrolled
