Groups With Level Select Plans to Conduct Their Own State Filing in 2024

Beginning in 2024, we will be excluding Small Group and Midsize Level Select plans from our process of issuing 1095-B forms. Small and midsize groups with Level Select plans are responsible for issuing the appropriate form and conducting their own state filings beginning in 2024.
