Horizon Update: Hackensack Meridian Health Hospitals Remain In-Network

Horizon has just shared that Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) have reached a multi-year agreement. Your clients and their covered employees will continue to have uninterrupted, in-network access to HMH’s hospitals, facilities and doctors.

Impacted members will receive an email or letter announcing this agreement.
