Oscar has announced that they will be bringing Cigna + Oscars small group health plans to the Connecticut Market beginning with 7/1/21 effective dates (all 8 counties including Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London, Tolland, and Windham). We are excited to fully support the Cigna + Oscar offering in Connecticut as a true GA partner.
