Robert Masucci

Born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ, Robert Masucci graduated Rutgers University with an Economics degree in 2005. Following his entrepreneurial spirit, he and a partner opened a local small business consulting mortgage brokers and bankers. Two years later, he was offered an opportunity to work for Professional Group Plans. Understanding many of the personal challenges that most business’ face, Robert found it easy to transition his role to PGP. Cultivating and managing broker relationships were very familiar to him so he began his career at PGP as an employee benefits consultant in their Clark, NJ office. Priding himself on his strong work ethic and dedication to his brokers and his business, Robert has lead PGP’s footprint in the NJ market helping to bring brand recognition as the premier General Agent.

In 2017, he was named Senior Vice President of PGP managing their new sales force, carrier relations and other strategic partnerships, while still maintaining his broker relationships to service and consult on their business. Robert is well recognized in the community as a knowledgeable, friendly and reputable resource, priding himself on integrity and hard work. He currently resides in Hoboken, sticking to his native Jersey roots.
