PGP and Principal Financial Group have enjoyed a General Agency partnership since 2001. As both organizations have grown that partnership has grown. PGP is now one of Principal’s largest General Agent partners nationally in terms of premium and clients. Principal as a whole and our local offices appreciate the value PGP adds to our interactions with our brokers. They are able to share the “Why Principal” story effectively with brokers and customers alike. We are able to work together to help brokers deliver better solutions to their clients combining the right mix of tailored plan designs and appropriate cost containment all the while helping a broker grow their business and expand their revenues. This partnership has resulted in annually multiple PGP brokers being recognized as Principal Platinum Partners and receiving significant additional resources, access to Principal senior management, attendance at producer summits and preferred installation and administration.
