UPDATE: Horizon has just advised that as part of this broker incentive program communicated yesterday (see below), they will also pay $75/contract for any groups that convert from Fully Insured to Level Select effective 10/1 through 12/31.

Applies to: Small Employer (2 to 50) and Midsize (51 to 99) groups, excluding Public Sector, National, and Labor markets

2022 New Business Broker Incentive Program

Horizon is pleased to announce a special broker incentive program for all new medical sales with effective dates of October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. This special bonus rewards brokers that sell new, fully insured or Horizon Level Select groups in the 2-99 segment.

This program includes an additional incentive payment per enrolled contract as follows:

Fully Insured – $50 per enrolled contract
Horizon Level Select – $75 per enrolled contract
